ProcessRippl

Coming soon

Supply chain surprises shouldn't be a surprise.

ProcessRippl tracks the critical path across your purchase orders and sales orders. The moment a supplier's ETA slips, the ripple effect is recalculated automatically — so your team, and your customers, find out before it becomes a problem.

About ProcessRippl

Picture a typical week: your metal supplier's shipment slips by ten days. Right now, do you find out today — or the day your own customer calls asking where their order is? For most small and mid-sized manufacturers, a delay travels through email threads and phone calls long before it shows up in any system, and by the time it's visible, it's already a problem.

ProcessRippl models your business the way it actually works: suppliers (A) ship demands — inbound purchase orders — into your company. You (B) receive them, process them, and ship supplies — outbound sales orders — to your customers (C). Every purchase order line and every sales order line is a node in a dependency graph, and ProcessRippl runs the Critical Path Method across that graph continuously. The moment one date changes, every date that depends on it is recalculated automatically, and the people who need to know are told immediately — instead of finding out the hard way.

Critical path engine

A CPM forward and backward pass runs across every purchase order and sales order line item, computing the true critical path through your business — not just the dates on the PO, but the dates those dates depend on.

Automatic notifications

When an upstream ETA moves, the impact is recalculated and everyone downstream — your own team and your customers — is notified with the new date before they have to ask.

A full audit trail

Every ETA change is recorded with what changed, when, and why, so you can always answer "why did this date move?" without digging through email.

Built for SMB manufacturers

Start solo by logging your own purchase and sales orders — no network required. Invite suppliers and customers onto the platform later as the value of shared visibility becomes obvious.
